This curiosity drove me to seize every opportunity to learn and get involved. During high school, I teamed up with friends to experiment on various projects, some of which succeeded while others offered invaluable lessons.
Driven by a desire to explore and find my true calling, I embraced a variety of roles in different organizations across Canada and overseas. Working in a finance team was a significant milestone, teaching me the financial intricacies of running and growing a business, where I discovered the immense joy and fulfillment of serving the community and making a positive impact on people’s lives. Professionally, I've built a solid foundation as an Accounts Payable Specialist, efficiently managing large volumes of invoices and maintaining strong vendor relationships. My roles at Paladin Technologies Inc. and Imperial Distributors Canada Inc. honed my skills in accuracy, efficiency, and problem-solving. I've also coordinated programs and events, contributing to strategic initiatives and driving community engagement through my work with organizations like Columbia College and Friends of Granville Island.
I take pride in my ability to manage multiple tasks, from recording call details and preparing reports to resolving customer concerns and ensuring smooth financial operations. My proficiency with various software, including Microsoft Dynamics, QuickBooks, and Adobe Creative Suite, further enhances my capability to deliver high-quality results.
I firmly believe that learning is a lifelong journey, and I’m excited about the many adventures still ahead. My job preferences remain open, with a keen interest in accounting, administration, and management. While I’ve tackled many solo projects, I find great joy and growth in working within a team.
